Conceived, designed, and built the memory system: working memory, episodic conversation recall, and long-term facts, with retrieval and consolidation across chats and automations.

• Built the agent harness, tools, skills, MCP integrations, computer use, sandboxed coding, and prompt-to-app. Recorded workloads included 1.1M tool calls (Apr–Oct 2026) and 161,122 retained AI conversation messages (Oct 21 snapshot).
• Built ingestion and CRM autofill from email and meeting transcripts, including typed updates and automatic record creation; 1.06M production workflow runs (Aug–Oct 2026).
• Built scheduled and durable automations with run identity, deduplication, retries, background authentication, and persisted results; 21k+ successful runs (Aug–Oct 2026).
• Built meeting recording, transcript processing, summaries, and follow-up tasks; 3,346 completed recordings retained at the Oct 21, 2026 snapshot, including internal activity.
• Led engineering while staying hands-on in architecture and code. Set technical direction, scoped features, and phased delivery around team capacity; owned hiring, mentoring, and releases.

Built Micro from pre-product through alpha, beta, and general availability, connecting email, CRM, meetings, documents, search, and real-time collaboration.

• Owned frontend architecture and delivered APIs, shared data models, synchronization, testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure; built the unified inbox and command-driven search.
