- Partner with the CEO on product and technical strategy for Micro, an AI-native workspace connecting email, CRM, meetings, documents, tasks, automations, and custom applications.
- Lead a mixed team of full-time engineers and contractors, owning hiring decisions, performance management, goal setting, mentoring, and delivery.
- Direct engineering across the web platform, APIs, real-time systems, agent capabilities, infrastructure, testing, CI/CD, and production releases.
- Designed and built an agent harness that connects AI workflows to Micro’s product capabilities, including computer use, sandboxed coding, app generation, and Model Context Protocol integrations.
- Maintain a hands-on role across architecture and implementation while coordinating engineering priorities and execution across the product.
