- Relational Knowledge Graph: Interconnected data model linking people, companies, emails, meetings, tasks, and deals with rich context.
- AI-Powered Email Client: Multi-account sync (Gmail, Outlook), AI categorization, split inboxes, instant thread summaries, and automated drafting in user tone.
- Dynamic CRM & Pipeline Engine: Customizable pipelines, automated contact/company enrichment from emails and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities & Leadership
- Joined as Founding Full-Stack Engineer to build foundational architecture, real-time data sync, and core web applications from scratch.
- Promoted to Head of Engineering to lead technical strategy, scale platform infrastructure, guide the engineering team, and spearhead AI workflows and MCP ecosystem integrations.
